From Design through to complete installation and Project Management - the following can be offered….
full joinery design
supply and installation of all joinery
supply of all sub trades - or co-ordination with client supplied subtrades
advice on flooring, appliances, interior colours etc.
Step one
Initial consultation to discuss individual requirements, functionality and any budget considerations. It is at this first meeting that a clear understanding is achieved and how you as the client functions in your space.
This meeting will also cover off potential scope of works for Craig Hooper Design.
This first meeting is generally held at your place and takes between 1 - 2 hours.
Sub-Step one.
At the end of this initial consult ( and if you are happy to proceed). Craig Hooper Design will then work on some draft design concepts - this will include some potential materials/colour samples and draft 3 D renders all prepared and ready to present.
A design fee of $ 495 Inc GST will be invoiced at the completion of the initial consult and before any design work commences. Any additional design fees that maybe required can be discussed at our initial consult. This design fee is non-refundable if you choose not to continue at stage 2.
Step Two
Meeting to present draft designs/ideas. Presentation generally revolves around mood boards, Floor layout plan and 3D renders. It is during this meeting that more detailed discussions are had around materials, detailed storage layouts, Appliance make and models etc.
Sub-Service Two
At the end of our second meeting ( and if you are happy to proceed forward from draft designs) more detailed drawings are produced for pricing and sign off. These will include flat plans, elevations, mechanical plans and draft specifications.
A design fee (minimum) of $ 1950 Inc GST will be invoiced at the completion of this meeting and before any design work continues. This design fee is non-redundable if you choose not to continue at stage 3.
Step Three
At our 3rd meeting, all pricing and plans are presented for approval. Any variations etc are recorded. It is at this meeting that we are generally looking to sign off on colours/Appliances etc… although, this process is fluid and may involve onsite meetings at supplier showrooms etc.
Sub-Service Three
After approval of plans/specifications ( and if you are happy to proceed), a 30% deposit will be required to lock in your project with our selected suppliers - Less Design fees already invoiced.
It is at this stage that we will also look to discuss and pencil in preferred delivery/installation dates.
